What we do

Towada Products is a family-run pharmaceutical house in Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi, established in 2015. Export trading is the largest of our three business lines. We supply established pharmaceutical brands made by Indian manufacturers to distributors, importers, hospitals, pharmacies and institutions abroad, and we handle the sourcing, documentation and dispatch of each order.

Our five core export categories are hepatitis B and C, HIV, oncology, erectile dysfunction and veterinary medicines. The full catalog lists 651 products and also covers transplant and immunosuppressant, cardiac, diabetes, anti-infective and supportive-care medicines.

Therapy areas and molecules

Start from a therapy area: oncology, transplant and immunosuppressants, HIV or hepatitis B and C. For the molecules buyers ask about most, each molecule page lists every brand and strength we carry: enzalutamide, abiraterone, olaparib, tacrolimus, mycophenolate, everolimus, palbociclib, lenalidomide and more.

Markets served

We supply buyers in Southeast Asia, the CIS countries, the Middle East and select markets in Europe and Africa. In the Philippines we work through Towada Phil Corporation. Logistics and shipping

We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS (India Post) and air cargo partners, chosen by destination, shipment size and urgency. Small and time-sensitive consignments usually travel by express courier with door-to-door tracking; larger orders go by air cargo. Payment usually reaches us the next business day after you remit, and most orders are dispatched the same day we receive it. Express courier typically takes up to 7 days after dispatch and EMS 10 to 15 days, depending on customs clearance at destination.

How ordering works

1. Enquire by the enquiry form, email or WhatsApp with the brand or molecule, strength, quantity and destination country.
2. We confirm availability and send a quotation or proforma invoice stating price, currency, delivery term and lead time.
3. You confirm the order and tell us which documents your import route needs.
4. We pack the goods, prepare the export documents and dispatch from New Delhi by international courier or air cargo.
5. You or your customs broker clear the shipment at destination. Our team stays in contact for follow-up and repeat orders.
