Who do you supply?

Which countries do you export to?
We export to Southeast Asia, the CIS region, the Middle East and select markets in Europe and Africa. We have exported to the Philippines, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Brazil, each of which has its own page in the local language. If your country is not listed, tell us the product and destination and we will check the current regulatory requirements. Export markets and country pages →

Ordering, pricing and payment
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no single minimum. Minimum order quantities vary by product and destination market. Tell us the product and the approximate quantity, and we will confirm the minimum and the packaging options for your order. MOQ and pricing guide →
How is pricing quoted?
Prices are quoted for each order and depend on the product and brand, the quantity, the destination country and current availability. Featured products on our website show indicative prices in US dollars, which are indicative only. A formal quotation or proforma invoice states the price, the currency, the delivery term and how long the offer is valid.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are discussed for each order, based on the quantity and the destination. Common methods in international pharmaceutical trade include advance payment by bank transfer and letters of credit. Contact us to confirm the terms for your enquiry.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Sample availability depends on the product and on the import rules of the destination country. Send us the product and your country and we will confirm whether samples can be arranged.
What should I include in an enquiry?
The product name and generic name; the strength, dosage form and pack size; the quantity; the destination country; the documents your regulator requires; and your preferred shipping method, if any. A complete request lets us quote accurately the first time.
Documents and quality
What documents come with a shipment?
Each shipment travels with a commercial invoice, a packing list and a courier waybill or air waybill. On request we provide a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for the batch, a certificate of origin where the destination country asks for one, and a Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CoPP) where it applies to the product and the destination country requires it. Documents that come with a pharma export →
Can you provide a Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CoPP)?
A CoPP is issued in India by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) for a specific product made at a specific manufacturing site. It is not issued for every product and is not needed for every shipment, which is why it is provided where applicable. Importers mainly need it to register a product with their national regulator. Tell us your requirement and we will confirm whether a CoPP is available for that product.
Where do your products come from?
We supply products from manufacturers holding the appropriate Indian regulatory approvals, in the manufacturer's original packs. Export documentation is arranged for each shipment based on the destination country's requirements. For a specific product's certificates, contact us and we will share what applies to your market.
Shipping and cold chain
How do you ship?
We ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS (India Post) and air cargo, chosen by destination, shipment size and urgency. Small and time-sensitive consignments usually go by courier with door-to-door tracking; larger orders go by air cargo, which is cleared at the destination airport by the consignee or their customs broker. We share the tracking or air waybill number at dispatch. Courier vs air cargo →
How long does shipping take?
Payment usually reaches us the next business day after you remit, and most orders are dispatched the same day we receive it. Express courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL): typically up to 7 days after dispatch. EMS / India Post: typically 10–15 days. Our country pages for the Philippines, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Brazil give the same typical times. Customs clearance in the destination country can add time, and it varies by country.
Can you ship temperature-sensitive (cold-chain) medicines?
Yes, when the product and route allow it. The storage condition, packaging and shipping method for a temperature-sensitive product are confirmed when you enquire. Refrigerated medicines are typically packed in insulated boxes with coolant packs, often with a temperature data logger, and sent on the fastest practical route. Tell us that the product needs temperature control, the destination country, and whether you need a data logger. The importer should have refrigerated storage and a briefed customs broker ready on arrival. Cold-chain shipping basics →
Patients and special supply
Can I buy medicine for one patient (named-patient or personal-use import)?
Whether medicine can be imported for an individual patient is decided by the destination country. A personal-use import normally needs a valid prescription from a doctor, and many countries have separate routes for medicines that are not registered locally, such as special-access or named-patient imports. Tell us the patient's country and the medicine, and we will advise the correct route for your case. How to import medicines from India →
How does patient care work?
We help international patients and their families find the right hospital and specialist in New Delhi, arrange appointments, second opinions and documents before travel, and plan travel and accommodation, and we stay in touch as a local point of contact during the visit. Contact us with the patient's country, the condition and the treatment being considered, and share recent medical reports. We are a coordinator, not a hospital: costs, timelines and treatment decisions are set by the treating hospital and physician. Patient care →
Do you supply veterinary clinics?
Yes. We supply veterinary clinics and licensed veterinarians with human-licensed medicines, against a licensed veterinarian's prescription, with batch documentation. Our veterinary sourcing page has the details and an enquiry form in English, Portuguese and Russian. Veterinary sourcing →
