What we do
Through relationships with hospitals across New Delhi, Towada Products helps international patients and their families find the right specialists and navigate treatment in India. Many of the people we help first meet us as buyers of medicines from our export business; others come to us directly when a family member needs treatment that is hard to access at home.
We are a coordinator, not a hospital. Towada facilitates access to independent hospitals and specialists, and treatment decisions rest entirely with the treating hospital and physician.
How we help
- Hospital matching. Connecting patients with the right hospital and specialist for their condition, from our network across New Delhi.
- Treatment coordination. Helping arrange appointments, second opinions and documentation ahead of arrival.
- Travel and logistics. Guidance on travel planning, accommodation and getting settled during the treatment period.
- On-ground support. A point of contact in Delhi throughout the visit, for questions and day-to-day assistance.
How it works
- Contact us by WhatsApp, email or the form below with the patient's country, the condition and the treatment being considered.
- Share the recent medical reports you have. We use them only to find a suitable hospital and specialist.
- We help you contact the hospital, request an opinion or appointment, and prepare the documents needed before travel.
- Once you arrive in New Delhi, our team stays in touch as a local point of contact until you travel home.
Before you contact us
It helps to have the patient's diagnosis and recent reports, the treatment the home doctor has suggested, and the dates you could travel. Costs, timelines and the treatment plan are set by the hospital, not by Towada, and we will put you in direct contact with the hospital so you hear them first-hand.
