How Abhayarishta Medicine Works
According to Ayurveda, Abhayarishta has Rechana (laxative) property,y which helps to provide relief from constipation. This property also helps reduce the symptoms of anal fistula. It also has Vata balancing properties which stimulate digestive fire, thereby helping manage conditions like piles. In addition to that, it has Deepan (appetizer) and Pachan (digestive) properties which help in conditions like anorexia (loss of appetite), thirst, bloating, and flatulence.
Common Side Effects of Abhayarishta Medicine
Abhayarishta contains Jaggery as an ingredient which may affect blood sugar levels. Diabetic patients should consult the doctor before taking Abhayarishta. Enough evidence is not available to suggest its use while breastfeeding
