During treatment and at least three months after the last dose, use effective contraception. During treatment, grapefruit juice should not be consumed or eaten because it can affect how the medication works.
Some medications may be affected by Bracanat 150 mg. You should inform your doctor about all of your recent medications, including supplements and herbal remedies, before taking this medication. Take no more than is recommended.

Effects of 150 mg Bracanat
There is a possibility of experiencing nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, a change in the flavor of food, or tiredness. Extreme nausea and vomiting are possible. Your doctor may, from time to time, give you medicine to prevent or treat nausea and vomiting. Some of these effects may be lessened by limiting activity, skipping meals before treatment, or eating several small meals. Inform your physician or pharmacist right away if any of these symptoms persist or worsen.
It’s possible to get throat and mouth pain or sores. Rinse your mouth frequently with cool water mixed with baking soda or salt, brush your teeth carefully and gently, and avoid alcohol-containing mouthwash. Foods that are soft and moist may also be best.
This medication may cause serious adverse effects on its users. However, your doctor has decided that the benefit to you outweighs the risk of adverse effects, so this medication has been prescribed to you. Your risk may be reduced by your doctor’s careful monitoring.

Before receiving any vaccinations or immunizations, inform your healthcare provider that you are taking olaparib. Avoid interacting with individuals who have recently received live vaccines, such as the influenza vaccine, which is administered through the nose.
