Entavir 1.0 mg tablet contains salt called Entecavir. It belongs to the group of medicines called Antiviral drugs. It is used to treat hepatitis B infection in adults, children, and adolescents ( 2- 18 years old). It comes as a tablet, as well as a solution, and, is usually taken once a day. Take this medicine at least 2 hours after or before any meal. It reduces the amount of virus in the patient’s body. It does not cure the disease. This medicine may not prevent the complications of hepatitis B like live cirrhosis and liver cancer. It does not prevent the spread of HBV to other people.
