Revolade 50 mg Tablet contains a drug called Eltrombopag. It is used to treat low platelet count in adults and children above 1 year. It is caused by immune primary thrombocytopenia (ITP) or hepatitis c virus (HCV) infection. It is also used in adults to treat low blood counts caused by severe aplastic anemia (SAA).
Eltrombopag
Its brand name is Promacta. It is used to treat low blood platelet counts in adults with chronic thrombocytopenia. Thrombopoietin receptor agonists are pharmaceutical agents that encourage platelet production in the bone marrow. Platelets are the type of blood cell needed to form blood clots and prevent bleeding.
