Short answer
Lenvatinib is an oral multikinase inhibitor used for thyroid cancer, liver cancer, kidney cancer and endometrial cancer. Towada Products exports it from New Delhi, India, supplying Lenvakast, Lenvat and Lenvatol in 4mg and 10mg strengths to licensed buyers in Southeast Asia, the CIS region, the Middle East and select markets in Europe and Africa. Pricing is on enquiry.
Lenvatinib is an oral multikinase inhibitor. It blocks the VEGF receptors, the FGF receptors, PDGFR-alpha, KIT and RET, which together drive tumour growth and the formation of new blood vessels.
It is approved for locally recurrent or metastatic, progressive differentiated thyroid cancer that is refractory to radioactive iodine; as first-line treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma; for advanced renal cell carcinoma, with pembrolizumab as first-line treatment or with everolimus after prior anti-angiogenic therapy; and, with pembrolizumab, for advanced endometrial carcinoma that is not mismatch-repair deficient, after prior systemic therapy. The originator brands are Lenvima and, for kidney cancer in Europe, Kisplyx.
Lenvatinib is supplied as capsules in low strengths that are combined to make up the prescribed dose, so buyers usually order by strength and number of capsules. Everolimus, which is combined with lenvatinib in kidney cancer, is also in our catalog. The capsules are kept at room temperature and ship without a cold chain. Thyroid, liver and gynaecological oncology centres are the main buyers.
Lenvatinib is a prescription medicine, and whether it is suitable for a patient is a decision for the treating doctor. This page describes the medicine for trade buyers; it is not medical advice.
