Short answer
Regorafenib is an oral multikinase inhibitor used for metastatic colorectal cancer, gastrointestinal stromal tumours and liver cancer. Towada Products exports it from New Delhi, India, supplying Regonat in the 40mg strength to licensed buyers in Southeast Asia, the CIS region, the Middle East and select markets in Europe and Africa. Regorafenib is an oral multikinase inhibitor, structurally related to sorafenib. It blocks kinases involved in tumour blood-vessel formation (VEGFR 1 to 3, TIE2), in the tumour environment (PDGFR, FGFR) and in tumour growth (KIT, RET, RAF).
It is approved for metastatic colorectal cancer previously treated with, or not suitable for, standard therapies such as fluoropyrimidine, oxaliplatin and irinotecan chemotherapy and anti-VEGF and anti-EGFR treatment; for gastrointestinal stromal tumours that have progressed on or are intolerant to imatinib and sunitinib; and for hepatocellular carcinoma previously treated with sorafenib. The originator brand is Stivarga.
Liver function is monitored closely, and hand-foot skin reaction is a common side effect. Sorafenib, sunitinib, imatinib and trifluridine with tipiracil are also in our catalog. Our catalog lists the 40mg tablet. The tablets are kept at room temperature in their original bottle with the desiccant, and opened bottles have a limited in-use shelf life printed on the label.
Regorafenib is a prescription medicine, and whether it is suitable for a patient is a decision for the treating doctor. This page describes the medicine for trade buyers; it is not medical advice.
